SHIPPING

We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders and shipping may be delayed. All Orders will be processed in the order they are received. We appreciate your patience and are doing our best to ship all orders on time.

Biohazard, Inc. (“Bio Hazard”) offers free shipping on all online orders over $500.00.

Certain items including, but not limited to, lighters and butane do not qualify towards the total dollar amount applicable for free shipping. Such items will be labeled on the product page as inapplicable towards shipping minimum and will not be counted towards the total amount of an order for determining whether the minimum purchase amount is met. Biohazard reserves the right to label any product as inapplicable towards the total amount applicable for free shipping.

Our free shipping excludes orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

NOTE: Extra shipping charges maybe incurred for shipments going to Hawaii and Alaska. Also any residential and or larger shipments, being shipped via LTL, requiring pallets or a larger capacity of space may incur additional fees.

 

RETURNS

 

Your safety and well-being and that of our employees is our number one priority. In response to the latest developments surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are temporarily not accepting returns on any items. This is temporary and we believe it is the right thing to do for our community, employees and facilities.

Biohazard does not accept returns of merchandise, unless such merchandise is damaged or defective.

All damaged products or order discrepancies must be reported to Biohazard within two days of your receipt of the merchandise. If your product is damaged please see the details below on returning damaged merchandise.

Discounts provided by Biohazard may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Biohazard. Biohazard reserves the right to cancel any quantity discounts and may modify the discounted bill so that it reflects the full purchase price for items on the invoice that are not returned. (Biohazard reserves the right to cancel any quantity discounts and re-bill an order based on the actual volume of merchandise kept.)

Damaged Merchandise
Upon receipt of your order please inspect all items carefully. If the box appears to be damaged, please have the delivery driver sign the packing slip or invoice, indicating the outer box was delivered damaged, and take photographs PRIOR to opening the package. 

If the shipment packaging is exposed or severely damaged, you are REQUIRED to take a photograph of the exposed or severely damaged packaging along with the attached packing slip to make any return after the point of delivery.

Please be advised that once shipments have been accepted, all products contained in that shipment will be deemed to be satisfactory unless a product arrived in damaged condition and the product’s condition was not reasonably apparent prior to acceptance.

To initiate a return and refund for damaged items please contact our Customer Care team via email at support@biohazardinc.com or Fax to 213-613-1968 within two days of your receipt of any damaged product.

All returns must be in new condition with original packaging and all accessories intact. No returns of used products or partial boxes can be made.
Take photographs of the damaged product and email the photographs to support@biohazardinc.com. Please identify the original order’s invoice and item number within the subject line of your email for reference during claims processing.

All returns must be accompanied by a “Return Authorization”. Upon approval of a return, Biohazard will issue a Return Authorization and provide for free return shipping of the damaged merchandise. Unauthorized returns will not be credited.

Please allow at least 5 business days to for the credit to be issued.

Cancellation
All cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee, regardless of whether or not the order has been shipped. The 25% restocking fee is applicable to all orders, including, but not limited to, orders agreed to via DocuSign, email, or verbally.

Change of Address and Incorrect Address

Any addresses submitted incorrectly will be charged a $25.00 charge for corrections/re-shipment. Please note any changes made to an address in transit will delay the packages.

Please be advised there will be a 25% restocking fee for all C.O.D. returned orders after a delivery carrier’s 3rd attempt to deliver and collect payment. This includes, but is not limited to, store owners and/or employees declining delivery, resulting in the shipment being returned to Biohazard Inc.The 25% restocking fee is based upon the order’s total procurement amount.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ABIDING BY THEIR LOCAL LAWS REGARDING THE SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS TO THEIR LOCATIONS.

Biohazard shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to from your violations of local laws.
