This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Biohazard Inc. (“Biohazard”, "us", "we", or "our") with respect to information we collect both online (through biohazardinc.com and other web site(s) operated by or for Biohazard Inc. (collectively, "Biohazard Sites")), and in connection with your use of Biohazard Inc.'s wireless network service (the "Biohazard Network"). Biohazard Inc. respects your right to privacy. We appreciate that you care about how your information is collected, used, and shared.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information. By interacting with Biohazard Sites and the Biohazard Network you consent to the information that is collected or submitted as described in this privacy policy.


What Information Do We Collect?

We may collect personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that you provide to us, such as when you purchase, renew, or modify your Biohazard customer account(s), make a purchase in our store or on Biohazard Sites, access Biohazard Sites, participate in surveys or contests, or communicate with us for any reason. The types of Personal Information that we may collect from you may include your name, social network accounts, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth or age, driver's license number, credit card account information, mobile device information, profile pictures, purchase/return/cancellation information, and/or how you use the Biohazard Site.
We and our services use cookies, web beacons, and similar technology to receive and store certain information whenever you interact with the Biohazard Sites and the Biohazard Network through your computer or mobile device. This information, includes, but is not limited to: the pages you visit on the Biohazard Sites and the Biohazard Network, which web address you came from, the type of browser/device/hardware you are using, purchase information and checkout process, search terms, and the physical wireless access point to which you are connected.

The Biohazard Sites may offer links to other sites. If you visit one of these sites, you may want to review the privacy policy on that site. In addition, you may have visited Biohazard Sites through a link or a banner advertisement on another site. In such cases, the site you linked from may collect information from people who click on the banner or link. You may want to refer to the privacy policies on those sites to see how they collect and use this information.

While you may have the opportunity to control the use of cookies through your web browser, we do not otherwise currently respond to web browser "do not track" signals. If we do so in the future, we will describe how we do so in this privacy policy.

Finally, we may also, in certain circumstances, combine the Personal Information we collect with the non– personal information we collect. For example, when you use a Biohazard Site, we may combine the non– personal information we collect with your email address.

Biohazard Wi-fi: If you do not want non– personal information collected from your mobile device through the Biohazard Network, you should not agree to use any WiFi network provided by Biohazard. After agreeing to use a wireless network provided by Biohazard, you can still stop the collection of non– personal information through the Biohazard Network by changing your mobile device settings to disassociate from the wireless network provided by Biohazard. If you elect not to use the Biohazard Network, you may be unable to take advantage of mobile coupons or other offers provided through the Biohazard Network.

How Do We Use Your Information?
Like many wholesalers, the information we collect is generally used to:

  • Process your orders, payment and return transactions
  • Respond to requests for information about products and services
  • Connect with you regarding our guest services via our contact center, internet chat platform, or on social media
  • Deliver promotional offers, newsletters, emails and social media notifications
  • Provide interactive features on the Biohazard Sites or Biohazard Network
  • Improve the operation of the Biohazard Sites or Biohazard Network;
  • Provide you with marketing and promotional information that we believe adds value to your accounts ("Promotional Material"); 
  • Customize your experience on the Biohazard Sites and in other incentive programs

Do We Share Your Information With Third Parties?
Biohazard does not share your Personal Information with third parties, except under the limited circumstances explained below.

Service Providers: Biohazard will not share your Personal Information with service providers who may provide operational or other support services to our customers, or who perform certain functions on our behalf, unless the information is necessary for said Service Providers to complete their functions. Examples of such functions include processing payments, processing rebates, distributing emails, conducting research, shipping orders, and/or providing fraud protection services.

Other Disclosures: Biohazard will not share your Personal Information unless Biohazard believes, in good faith that such disclosure is: (a) authorized by law or necessary to comply with a legal process; (b) required in response to legal claims; (c) necessary to protect personal safety, property or other rights of Biohazard and its customers or employees; or (d) an integral part of a sale of all or part of our business, including assets, merger or reorganization.

Is My Information Secure?
Biohazard is committed to maintaining the security of information under our control. As a means of preventing unauthorized access, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring correct use of information, there are administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. Any information collected on a Biohazard Site is located on a secure server located behind a firewall and is not directly connected to the Internet. Biohazard employs Secure Socket Layer software and password protection procedures to safeguard Personal Information collected.

Information About Children Under 18
The Biohazard Sites are general audience web sites and are not targeted to children under 18 years of age. Biohazard does not knowingly collect or store personal information of children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have any personal information about a child under the age of 18, we will delete that information.

Rights of California Residents
If you are a California resident, you can request information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties, pursuant to the California "Shine the Light Law," California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (“Shine the Light Law”). Requests made pursuant to the Shine the Light Law may be made no more than once per calendar year.

To request a notice please submit your request to Biohazard Inc. Attn: Customer Service 6247 Randolph Street, Commerce, CA, 90040. Please include "California Shine the Light Request" in the subject line of your letter and include your name and address. Please allow 30 days for a response.

The California "Shine the Light Law," California Civil Code Section 1798.83, permits California residents to request and obtain once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year.

Changes To This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. To make you aware of material changes to this policy, we will post the date of the policy that was last revised at the top of the policy. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy. Your use of any of the Biohazard Sites or the Biohazard Network constitutes your agreement to the current version of this Privacy Policy as of the date of your use.
