How It Works
1. Rapid Filling
Using the proprietary Layer Cake Weight Measuring System, operators create a single calibrated template based on the target weight per cone.
Calibration is simple:
- Test-fill one hole to your desired weight
- Count the number of layers required
- Use that template to evenly distribute flower across all pods
- Once calibrated for a batch, the template can be reused across pods—saving time while maintaining weight consistency.
2. Spin to Pack
Attach the filled pods to the centrifuge and start the cycle. Each spin takes approximately 60 seconds (adjustable between 30–120 seconds).
Operators can:
- Adjust speed based on moisture content
- Modify cycle time for looser or tighter density
- This level of control ensures consistent pack quality across strains and batches.
3. Cone Extraction
