- Get approved. Approval typically takes 24-48 business hours; weekend and holiday applications are processed the next business day. Your login details arrive by email.
- Order. Log in to view wholesale prices and place orders of $100 or more.
- Track your shipment. Your tracking number is emailed once your order is complete.

Transit times
Shipped via UPS and FedEx: 1-3 business days to the West Coast, 3-5 to the Midwest and 4-6 to the East Coast. Holiday and weekend orders ship the next business day.

Backorders
Out-of-stock items are placed on backorder and, unless you tell us otherwise, shipped when back in stock within 30 days of the original order date.
In-store pickup
Bring a valid U.S. ID, a copy of your invoice and the credit card used to purchase online.
