Wholesale at Bio
What is required to become part of the wholesale program at Bio Hazard Inc.?
To apply to be part of the wholesale program, we require that all customers provide the following:
- Business Name
- Business Address
- Tax ID (EIN #)
- California businesses must supply a copy of your state-issued resale license
- Full Name
- Billing Address (if different from Business Address)
- Phone #
- Email Address
How long does it take to be approved?
Approval time may vary but typically takes between 24-48 hours (Business days only. Applications over holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day). Please submit all required information when applying as this will expedite the application process. You will be informed via email once the process is complete. This email will contain your login information to our sites so you can view prices and purchase.
Minimum purchase:
There is no minimum order amount. To qualify for free shipping, the minimum order is $750.00. Alaska and Hawaii are exempt from free shipping.
Shipping locations:
We currently only ship within the U.S. If you would like to inquire about international shipping, please contact us at (888) 421-5942.
Do you issue a catalog?
All approved customers can download the catalog in the “My Account” section of the website.
In-Store pickup:
Please bring a valid U.S. ID, a copy of your invoice and the credit card used to make the purchase online.
Backorders:
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will place them on backorder and unless otherwise indicated, we will ship this to you when it is back in stock.
Payments:
We accept all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
We currently do not accept international payments.
Shipping:
We currently utilize UPS shipping transit time. These times will vary depending on the state from which you are ordering. We currently ship all orders within a timely manner (all holiday and weekend orders will be shipped the next business day). Please note that shipping time within holidays may slightly vary.
Tracking:
Your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order is complete.
LTL:

How do we pack the glass?
We provide the highest protection for all our products. Our glass will be packaged in shock-absorbent custom foam-lined boxes for many of our brands. We also use bubble wrap and our packers have been thoroughly trained on the best wrapping techniques. Our facilities have also been evaluated by FedEx shipping engineers and have been commended on our operations.
Damages from the carrier:
In the event of damages of any goods from the carrier, please refer to our Shipping and Returns policy.
