Is there a minimum order quantity for custom pre-rolled cones?

There is no minimum order quantity. Our only requirement is a $100 minimum order.

What can I customize on my pre-rolled cones?

You can choose the paper, filter, size and branding. Contact us with your requirements and we will confirm what is available.

How long does a custom order take?

Typical turnaround is 10 to 15 days, depending on your design and order size. Request a quote for an exact timeline.

Are your custom pre-rolled cones made in the USA?

Yes. Our custom pre-roll cones are made in the USA.

Can I order custom pre-rolled cones in bulk or for private label?

Yes. We work with dispensaries, processors and cannabis brands on bulk and private label orders. Contact our team to discuss volume and pricing.

Can you help with packaging for my custom cones?

Yes. We carry pre-roll tubes, mylar bags and compliant labels, and our team can advise on packaging to match your cones.

What packaging do dispensaries need for marijuana products?

Requirements depend on your state and license type. Many regulated markets require child-resistant, tamper-evident packaging and compliant labels for retail products. Our California packaging laws page covers California; always confirm with your state regulator before you order.

What is the difference between child-resistant and tamper-evident packaging?

Child-resistant packaging is designed to be hard for children to open, such as push-and-turn caps and child-resistant mylar bags. Tamper-evident packaging shows when it has been opened, such as tear-notch mylar bags and shrink bands. Many products need both.

Which bottle size holds 3.5 grams?

A 19 dram pop top bottle holds 3.5 grams. A 13 dram holds 2g, a 30 dram holds 7g, a 60 dram holds 14g and a 90 dram holds 28g. Browse all pop top bottles.

Do you offer bulk pricing on dispensary packaging?

Yes. Most products are sold by the case, and the price per unit drops as you add cases; tier pricing is shown on each product page. Some products show pricing after you log in. See also our Price Beat program.

Can you add custom branding to my packaging?

Yes. We offer custom branding solutions to help your products stand out. Contact us or call 1-888-421-5942 for a quote.

What size mylar bag holds an ounce?

Our child-resistant mylar exit bags for 28 grams (1 ounce) measure 8 x 6 inches and come in cases of 250. Our 1 gram vista mylar bags measure 3 x 4.5 inches, and our 448 gram bags measure 14.5 x 17 inches. See all mylar bags.

How many bottles come in a case?

Case size depends on the bottle. Our pop top bottles ship as 600 count for 6 dram, 315 for 13 dram, 225 for 19 dram, 160 for 30 dram, 75 for 60 dram and 45 for 90 dram. Each product page lists its case count.

What glass jars do you offer for flower?

We stock straight-sided glass jars in 1, 2, 3 and 4 ounce sizes with black or white caps, plus 16 ounce jars and stash jars with wooden lids. Use the size and material filters on this page to narrow the list.

Do you sell pre-roll packaging?

Yes. We carry glass and plastic pre-roll tubes, and shrink bands to seal them. See all pre-roll packaging.

Pre-Roll Packaging Wholesale

Biohazard Inc supplies wholesale pre-roll packaging from our Commerce, CA warehouse: plastic and glass pre-roll tubes, 5-cone cases and boxes, shrink bands, labels and humidity packs. Whether you fill a few hundred tubes a week or run a full pre-roll line, every product here carries tiered case pricing, so your unit cost drops as your order grows. The minimum order is $100, and orders of $2,000 or more ship free (excludes AK, HI and US territories; some items exempt).

Need a lower price? Our Price Beat guarantee matches competing quotes on like-for-like products.

Plastic Pre-Roll Tubes (Joint Tubes) in Bulk

Our plastic pre-roll tubes are the lowest-cost way to package pre-rolls at scale. Most come in 1,000-count cases with a pop-top, child-resistant closure and a clear view of the product.

Sizes: 78mm, 95mm, 98mm, 109mm and 116mm, plus 120mm king size Ongrok storage tubes.
Colors: clear, black, white, green, red, purple, orange, amber, kraft and transparent green, so you can color-code strains or match your brand.
Pricing: a 1,000-count case of 95mm or 116mm tubes starts at $72 and falls to $0.060 and $0.056 per tube at the top volume tiers.
Formats: standard, wide and conical tubes, including a push and turn conical tube in opaque gold.

Glass Pre-Roll Tubes and Blunt Tubes

For premium and craft brands, glass pre-roll tubes show off the product and feel heavier on the shelf. We stock American Glass Vial joint and blunt tubes in 15/425, 18/400, 20/400 and 22/400 threads, from 85mm to 125mm, in packs of 144 to 495. Choose a child-resistant glass tube, a threaded tube, or a no-thread tube with a cork. Match your tube to a cap from our caps for glass pre-roll tubes.

Pre-Roll Cases and Boxes

Selling multipacks? Our cases hold up to five cones and suit dispensary counters and retail displays.

Child-resistant plastic 5-cone cases (300 count) in black and white.
85mm and 109mm portable joint boxes in 100 to 360 count cases.
CRATIV child-resistant snap boxes (312 count) for edibles and pre-rolls.
CRATIV black insert trays for five small pre-rolled cones (500 count).

Child-Resistant Pre-Roll Packaging

Child-resistant packaging is required for cannabis products in many states. More than half of the products in this collection are child-resistant, including pop-top plastic tubes, push and turn conical tubes, child-resistant glass tubes and 5-cone cases. Rules differ by state, so read our California packaging laws guide and confirm your state’s requirements before you order. Browse the full range of child-resistant packaging.

Shrink Bands, Labels and Humidity Packs

Add tamper evidence and branding to every tube. Shrink bands are sized for pre-roll and blunt tubes (35mm x 130mm and 40mm x 30mm), 10, 19, 20 and 30 dram vials and 2oz to 18oz jars, from $0.012 per band at volume. Use compliant labels for required warnings, and humidity packs to protect product between filling and sale.

How to Choose a Pre-Roll Tube Size

Measure your finished pre-roll from tip to tip, then pick a tube a few millimeters longer so the pre-roll slides in without bending the tip. Wide and conical tubes suit fatter or cone-shaped pre-rolls. Not sure? Call (888) 421-5942 and we will match a tube to your cone.

FAQs

What is the best packaging for pre-rolls?

It depends on your brand and budget. Plastic pre-roll tubes are the lowest-cost, most-used option for dispensaries and are available child resistant. Glass pre-roll tubes suit premium brands. Cases and boxes work for multipacks, and Mylar bags suit larger pre-rolls and bulk packs.

Should I choose glass or plastic pre-roll tubes?

Glass looks premium and feels heavier, which suits craft and high-end pre-rolls. Plastic is lighter and cheaper per unit, with 1,000-count cases from $0.056 to $0.072 per tube, and it comes in many colors. Many buyers use plastic for everyday lines and glass for limited releases.

What sizes of pre-roll tubes do you sell?

Plastic tubes come in 78mm, 95mm, 98mm, 109mm, 116mm and 120mm. Glass tubes run from 85mm to 125mm in 15/425, 18/400, 20/400 and 22/400 threads. Measure your finished pre-roll and choose a tube slightly longer. Our size guide shows prices by size.

Are your pre-roll tubes child resistant?
