RAW®

As one of the most trusted names in rolling papers, RAW® offers the 98 Special Pre Rolled Cones in a practical 98 mm format with a 20 mm built in crutch, natural brown unbleached paper, and a bulk case count of 1400 cones. Made with RAW signature natural paper, these pre rolled cones are chlorine free and designed to deliver the clean, slow burning smoking experience associated with the format. They are well suited to dispensaries, smoke shops, processors, cannabis brands, and other teams handling regular or large scale pre roll production.

The 98 Special size sits between a 1¼ size cone and a King Size cone. Its slimmer profile gives customers a middle option while still providing a generous fill. A 98 mm cone with a 20 mm crutch is the standard size for pre rolls of approximately 1 gram, making this configuration useful for brands that want a recognizable single unit format without moving to a full King Size pre rolled cone. Each cone includes a built in filter tip, helping packing teams move directly into filling while reducing preparation time and material waste in high volume workflows.

For operations sourcing RAW pre rolled cones in volume, the 1400 count case supports repeat production and inventory planning. Precision pre rolling creates a consistent cone shape for easy packing and even burning. These empty cones are also a practical choice for white label pre roll production and curated 98 Special pre rolls for premium cannabis brands. Buyers searching for pre roll cones wholesale or pre rolled cones wholesale can use this case format to stock a defined RAW size for commercial production.
